The Goa government has appointed Goa Civil Service officer Arvind Khutkar as the new Director of Transport. Balaji Shenoy, Executive Editor in the Department of Goa Gazetteer and Historical Records, has been given the additional charge of Director of Archives with immediate effect, alongside his existing responsibilities.
