Digital Goa, Mar 13 – Goa govt has announced that the birth anniversary of Bharat Ratna Babasaheb Ambedkar on April 14 will henceforth be celebrated as a State Function. The Directorate of Social Welfare has been designated as the Nodal Department in this regards.
