Digital Goa, July 30 – Revenue Minister Babush Monserrate told the Goa Assembly that discrepancies in the BhuNaksha land mapping system were detected and corrected, with CM Sawant assuring a full probe. He said the third district proposal is still under review. Monserrate also announced grants for science programs in schools, GI tags for 10 Goan products, and plans to relocate scrap yards. As Labour Minister, he questioned the Centre’s unemployment data and ruled out reservation in public jobs. He also confirmed an ESI hospital in Mulgaon to benefit 2 lakh workers and ongoing efforts to streamline structure regularisation through a single-window system.
