Digital Goa, Mar 1 –Panaji MLA Babush Monserrate instructed smart City contractor to seal roads which are under construction to prevent dust pollution. “There are lot of concerns due to dust pollution for senior citizens. The cause of this dust is vehicles plying on under construction roads. People have to show some patience. The road work will complete by May 31 this year as per schedule”, he said.
