Digital Goa, Aug 16 – Banastari accident case that killed three and seriously injured three more will be transferred to Crime Branch tomorrow. A delegation led by Cumbarjua MLA Rajesh Faldessai met CM Pramod Sawant in Mantralay this evening and demanded to hand over the case to Crime Branch and to conduct judicial enquiry in the matter. Faldessai told media after the meeting that CM has assured them to hand over case to crime branch by tomorrow. They told CM that they don’t have faith in Mardol police as they tried everything to protect Meghna Sawardekar. Lawyer of accident victims Raviraj Chodankar also demanded narco or lie detection test of Sawardekar couple.
