Digital Goa, Sept 4 – AAP leader Amit Palekar and one Raju Lamani have been granted bail in the Banastari bridge horrific accident case today. Palekar was arrested on Aug 31 by Crime Branch under Section 120-B (criminal conspiracy) of the IPC for allegedly misleading the investigation by producing Raju Lamani as dummy driver of the Mercedes car which met with accident at Banastari and claimed 3 innocent lives. Lamani was also arrested by Crime Branch. Both were granted interim bail on the same day. Their bail plea came for hearing today.
