Digital Goa, Feb 29 – A person from Nandgad, Belgaum has been arrested by Colva police for allegedly kidnapping and raping a minor girl from July 2021 to August 2023. The accused is identified as Prashant Bastvadkar. Prashant was arrested from Belgaum.
