Digital Goa, Dec 28- Bicholim Police have arrested a 48-year-old man in connection with the murder of a woman at Churchwada, Bicholim. Police said that between December 25 and 26, 2025, the accused, Ramesh Teli of Bordem, Bicholim, allegedly assaulted Axmi Shirodkar (51), a daily wage labourer, during a quarrel and later murdered her by smothering her inside a Mahindra pickup vehicle parked at Churchwada. The accused was arrested on December 27 and has been remanded to police custody.
