Digital Goa, June 12- A Bihar native was held with narcotic drug ganja worth Rs 3 lakh from Margao Railway station by the Railway Protection Force in a joint action with Anti Narcotic Cell of Goa police. The accused Avinash Chandra was allegedly found in possession of 3 Kg ganja.
