Digital Goa, Oct 13 – A Bihar native has been arrested by Ponda police for sexually assaulting a woman on multiple occasions and blackmailing her using private photographs. The accused, identified as Sumit Kumar, is a resident of Usgao, Ponda. According to the complaint, Sumit Kumar allegedly took private photos of the victim without her consent and used them to coerce her into sexual acts, threatening to circulate the images if she revealed the matter. The accused has been granted five days of police custody, and further investigation is underway.
