Digital Goa, Mar 18 – A Bihar native man has been arrested from Mumbai for allegedly kidnapping a 8-year-old child from Bicholim. The accused identified as Feko Kumar was nabbed from Kalyan, Mumbai by Bicholim police and the child was rescued from his custody. The child was missing since March 13.
