Digital Goa, June 13 – A Bihar native was apprehended by Pernem police for stealing a bag containing mobile phones and other items worth Rs 3.50 lakh at the Morjm beach. The accused is identified as 19-year-old Gulbar Singh. The bag belonged to a tourist lady from Delhi.
