Digital Goa, Mar 21- A Bijapur native has been arrested by Fatorda police for allegedly kidnapping a 16-year-old girl from Goa from the lawful custody of her parents. Police arrested Irfan Shaikh from Bijapur, Karnataka and rescued the girl. The girl’s mother had complained to Fatorda police about the alleged kidnapping on March 19. Police have filed complaint against the man under section 326 of IPC and Goa Children’s Act.
