Digital Goa, Dec 10 – Saurabh Luthra and Gaurav Luthra, owners of the Birch by Romeo Lane nightclub in Arpora, have filed a transit anticipatory bail application before the District and Sessions Court at Rohini, Delhi. The brothers had fled to Phuket, Thailand in the early hours of the day the tragedy occurred as per police. Look Out Notice and Blue Corner Notice has already been issued against the duo.
