Digital Goa, Oct 25 – Goa BJP is open for support from regional parties for the Parliamentary elections scheduled in 2024, said CM Pramod Sawant. “We want to win elections. Even now, if any regional party wants to support us we are open for it,” he said. He exuded confidence that the party will win both Lok Sabha seats in Goa. Sawant was responding to a query on whether regional parties are in touch with BJP for alliance, in the presence of Union Minister of State Rajeev Chandrasekhar and Rajya Sabha MP Sadanand Shet Tanavade at Panaji. Tanavade on his part said that there is no question of keeping contact with other parties as BJP will win both the Lok Sabha seats on its own strength of 33 MLAs comprising of BJP, alliance partners and independents.
