Digital Goa, December 3, 2025 – BJP released its third list of candidates for the upcoming ZP elections in Goa, adding 9 more names to its slate. In North Goa, the candidates announced are: Shrikrishna (Nanu) Ravindra Harmalkar for Dhargal (General), Raghoba Ladu Kambli for Torse (OBC), Soniya Videsh Naik for St Cruz (Women-OBC), Mahesh Anant Sawant for Karapur-Sarvan (General), and Kunda Vishnu Mandrekar for Maem (Women). In South Goa, the party has fielded Poonam Chandrakant Samant for Borim (Women), Dr. Gauri Subhash Shirodkar for Siroda (Women), Gokuldas Mahadev Gaonkar for Guirdolim (ST) and Tejal Ajay Pagi for Cola (Women-OBC). With this announcement, the party has now declared 38 candidates in total, following the earlier two lists which together featured 29 names for the 50 ZP constituencies. BJP has announced earlier that they will be supporting their ally MGP in three seats and potentially some independent candidates in the remaining seats.
