Digital Goa, Dec 9 – Goa Police have issued Look Out Notices against four individuals — Saurabh Luthra, Gaurav Luthra, Ajay Gupta and Surinder Kumar Khosla — in connection with the Birch by Romeo Lane nightclub fire case. A Blue Corner Notice has also been issued against the Luthra brothers, who have fled to Phuket, Thailand, informed DIG (Crime & Range) IPS Varsha Sharma.
The trio — Gaurav, Saurabh and Ajay — are partners and owners of the nightclub, while Surinder Kumar Khosla, a British national, owns the property on which the establishment operates. Police have also arrested five members from the club’s management team.

Sharma asserted that Luthra brothers were not in Goa at the time of the tragedy. “They were in Delhi,” she stated, adding that there was no delay in police action. Efforts are underway through Interpol and the CBI to bring the accused back to India, she added.
