Digital Goa, Nov 16 – Body of the 11-year-old boy who drowned in river Sal at Betul was recovered by Cuncolim police today. The deceased Sairaj Joshi had gone for clam fishing with two of his friends Sairaj Samant and Arav Vadekar. Both Sairaj Samant and Sairaj Joshi jumped into the water for a swim after the fishing. However, they started drowning. Arav who was on the shore cried for help and jumped into the water to save his friends. Locals rescued Arav and Sairaj Samant however Sairaj Joshi could not be traced . Cuncolim police recovered his body from the river today.
