Digital Goa, April 25 – Mapusa Police have arrested a 36-year-old Calangute resident in connection with the attempted kidnapping of a 8-year-old girl from Canca late last night. The accused is reportedly a history-sheeter with a criminal background. Police traced him from CCTV footage.
