Digital Goa, Jan 16 – Expressing concern over accidents due to stray cattle, Calangute Village Panchayat has warned cattle owners of impounding stray cattle and sending them to Gomantak Gausevak Mahasangh run Goshala. “All the Cattle Owners in the jurisdiction of Calangute Village are hereby requested not to leave their Cattles on the road especially during the night time as there are lot of accidents taking place in Calangute Village, failing which the Panchayat will lift the cattle and send it to Gomantak Gausevak Mahasangh,” sated a public notice by Joseph R. Sequeira, Sarpanch, V. P. Calangute.
