Digital Goa, October 5, 2025 – A car shade caught fire today around 3.30 pm near the Ribandar to Chorao ferry point. Several vehicles have been gutted in fire. Fire tenders were brought in from Old Goa, Ponda, Panaji HQ, and Kundaim to douse the fire. The cause of the fire is not yet known. No casualties have been reported so far.
