Jan 19- A 28-year-old man has been arrested by police for allegedly stealing Iphone worth Rs 1.34 lakh from the purse of 34-year-old Russian national in a restaurant at Morjim. The accused is identified as Shivam Patil from Zuari Complex, Baina, Vasco. Incidentally, Shivam was earlier arrested in November 2024 in cash-for-govt job scam.
