Nov 10- Vasco Police today registered an offence of cheating against one Govind Manjrekar and Suraj Naik from Vasco. They are booked for allegedly cheating one Sakshi Kerkar of New Vaddem for Rs 4.3 lakh for providing government job in Education dept.
