Dec 13- Panaji Police have registered a case against staff and management of Cruise Casino Pride for obstructing officials of the Directorate of Enforcement during an investigation yesterday, Dec 12 on board the cruise. As per the complaint filed by ED officials, the accused — including Casino Pride Director Ashok Wadia, staff members Gopal Ramnath Naik, Arti Raja, and others — acted with common intent to deter and threaten enforcement officials. The accused allegedly disobeyed directives issued by Joint Director Piyush Kumar Yadav, confined the officials in a room, and destroyed evidence collected during a search conducted under Section 17 of the PMLA.
