Digital Goa, July 9 – The Corporation of the City of Panaji (CCP) has issued a notice to a former IAS officer over alleged illegal construction at Fondvem, Ribandar. During an inspection on June 30, 2025, officials found deviations from the approved plan and noted that the construction lacked the required CCP licence, states the notice. CCP has asked the officer to clarify the matter within seven days of receiving the letter. Failing which action as per law will follow, the notice warns.
