Digital Goa, Oct 8 – Corporation of City of Panaji(CCP) will be relocating the remains of the deceased buried in the niches of the Southeastern section of the boundary wall of the St. Inez Christian Cemetery in order to undertake repair of the wall which is on the verge of collapse. “It is therefore informed that the individuals who have laid their loved ones to rest in the niches of the affected wall may contact the Corporation of the City of Panaji as the remains need to be relocated to a secure and suitable location till the re- construction work of the boundary wall is completed,” stated a public notice by CCP. The work of construction of the wall will commence within a period of 7 days.
