Feb 3- SIT ( Land Grabbing) has filed chargesheets in 2 cases of land grabbing at Mapusa and Valpoi against Siddhique alias Suleman Khan. A 852 pages charge sheet was filed before the JMFC Court at Mapusa for land grabbing by means of dishonestly preparing forged documents by impersonating the lawful owners of landed property surveyed under Chalta No. 2 of PT Sheet No. 67 of Mapusa City and by using counterfeit rubber stamp of the Civil Registrar cum Sub Registrar of Bardez Mapusa, Goa. He further fraudulently producing the forged documents as genuine before the authorities, states the chargesheet. A 656 pages chargesheet has also been filed before JMFC Valpoi by SIT against Khan for his involvement in another land grabbing case at Curca, Tiswadi in Survey No. 36/0 admeasuring area of 1,09,500 sq mtr, Survey No. 37/0 admeasuring area of 38,325 sq mtr & Survey No. 38/1 admeasuring area of 68,250 sq mtr. Khan along with 4 others from Sattari identified as Gopal Salgaonkar, Kalpana Salgaonakar, Pankaj Chodankar and Pooja Chodankar, prepared fake sale deeds, forged the signature in sale deeds, falsely shown them as executed before Sub Registrar Valpoi and used the same as genuine. The grabbed land is ancestral property of Rafael Luis Jose Lobo from Mapusa and he had filed a complaint in this matter.
