Speaking to media persons, Sawant said the Crime Branch has already conducted a detailed inquiry into Naik’s statements and locations she mentioned. “I have gone through the report. There is no substance in what Pooja is saying. SP Crime has done a thorough investigation and submitted a detailed report. They have visited all places she mentioned. Even some people she named do not exist,” the Chief Minister said. “ The case is ongoing and henceforth, whatever investigation remains will be done by SP Crime Branch,” he said.
