Digital Goa, April 9 – The closure of the Patto Bridge leading into Panaji for urgent repairs from April 11 to 14 has resulted in significant traffic congestion throughout the capital city, particularly during peak hours. The bridge has been shut to facilitate repairs to its damaged expansion joints. Commuters are experiencing delays as traffic is diverted through internal lanes and alternate routes. “Motorists are requested to maintain lane discipline and avoid overtaking to prevent traffic congestion,” urged SP Traffic.
