Sept 3 – CM Pramod Sawant took review of the implementation of the National Education Policy 2020 in schools in the state and chaired a meeting of NEP Steering Committee at Mantralaya, Porvorim. Sawant also took review of the preparation for the national assessment regulator, PARAKH (Performance Assessment, Review, and Analysis of Knowledge for Holistic Development), Rashtriya Sarvekshan 2024 scheduled on November 19 and the ULLAS (Understanding of Lifelong Learning for All in Society) scheme. He directed Directorate of Social Welfare to consider using Panchayat Halls as UMID centers in areas where centers have not been identified.
