Digital Goa, Nov 28- Govt is committed to making Goa a heaven for film industry by providing hassle free permits, requisite infrastructure and cutting edge technology and also incentivizing international film makers, assured CM Pramod Sawant today. He was speaking at the closing ceremony of 54th International Film Festival of Goa(IFFI). Goa is rolling out red carpet for the film industry, he said. Sawant also promised to extend all kind of support for hassle free film shooting and experience through a streamlined system for shooting films in the State. Goa is a filmmaker’s paradise, offering mix of scenic, historic and modern settings, said CM. Goan films showcased in IFFI were critically acclaimed, he informed. 7,000 delegates attended 54th IFFI which showcased 270 films from 78 countries. CM also appealed to Hollywood Film Maker Michael Douglas to film his next project is Goa.
