Dec 17- Chief Minister Pramod Sawant chaired a Finance Review Meeting with Secretaries and Heads of Departments (HoDs) to prepare for the upcoming visit of the 16th Finance Commission to Goa. The meeting assessed the financial progress of key departments, revenue generation, departmental expenditure, and ongoing infrastructure projects. Detailed deliberations were held on proposals and demands to be presented to the commission, aligning with Goa’s development priorities and financial needs. The state is hopeful of securing adequate support for its infrastructural and economic growth through the commission .
