Digital Goa, Dec 13 – The CO2 nightclub located at Ozrant, Vagator has been sealed by the Joint Enforcement Monitoring Committee after it was found operating without a mandatory NOC from the Fire Department. Officials said the high-footfall nightclub also had structural safety issues. The establishment was ordered to be sealed until it complies with all required safety norms.
