Digital Goa, Sept 18 – Colva police have registered an FIR against three taxi drivers — Menino D’Silva, Milagres Almeida, and Agnelo Rodrigues, all residents of Betalbatim — for allegedly harassing a female tourist. The trio is accused of wrongfully restraining an online taxi driver whom the tourist had booked, thereby preventing her from continuing her journey. As a result, the tourist was reportedly forced to walk several kilometres in the rain, carrying her luggage, causing her both physical harassment and mental distress.
