Digital Goa, May 21- AAP leader Cecille Lee Rodrigues has filed a complaint against Taleigao MLA Jennifer Monserrate, Sydney Barreto, and others, alleging assault, criminal intimidation, outraging modesty, and endangering life. The complaint follows a clash in Odxel after muddy water flooded homes, allegedly due to illegal hill cutting linked to a construction project. Monserrate, however, told the media she had gone to assist locals and accused Rodrigues of creating drama.
