Digital Goa, Feb 23 -Congress today held a protest at Mines & Geology department against govt’s failure to recover hundreds of crores worth penalties from mining firms. Congress workers questioned the deputy director, in the absence of Director Mines, over govt’s special treatment to Vedanta without recovering Rs 165 crores due to govt.
