Nov 4- Congress leader Dominic Noronha has filed a petition in the High Court, challenging Speaker Ramesh Tawadkar’s decision to dismiss his plea for the disqualification of eight MLAs who had defected from Congress to BJP in September, 2022. His petition in this regards was dismissed by the Speaker on Oct 14.
