Digital Goa, Mar 20 – High Court today lifted the embargo on granting of construction licences by Benaulim Panchayat within its jurisdiction. The Court had ordered the ban as the panchayat had failed to set up Material Recovery Facility(MRF) for garbage management. The ban was lifted as Panchayat informed the Court that the MRF work has commenced.
