Digital Goa, Mar 4- Crime Branch has arrested Deepali Parab, 42, a resident of Kalyan, Mumbai, and wife of the main accused, Myron Rodrigues, in connection with a multi-crore investment scam that defrauded numerous investors. Police said she has been arrested due to her active involvement in the fraudulent activities. She has been arrested under sections 406 (criminal breach of trust) and 420 (cheating) read with section 34 of the IPC, along with sections 3 and 5 of the Goa Protection of Interests of Depositors (GPID) Act. She is scheduled to be presented before the Magistrate tomorrow for remand.
