Digital Goa, Jan 28 – A man from Cuncolim lost his life in a horrific road accident involving a speeding car and a two-wheeler at the Panzarkhani, Cuncolim around 7 am on Wednesday. The deceased has been identified as Ulhas Gaonkar, a resident of Gaonkarwada, Panzarkhani. The car driver has been detained.
