Digital Goa, 8 July – A resident of Culvaddo, Cuncolim, was cheated of Rs 98,000 after an unknown person impersonating a courier delivery agent tricked him into an online transaction. According to the complaint filed by the victim, the accused asked him to pay Rs 5 to confirm a delivery. Following the failed transaction, multiple unauthorized deductions were made from his bank account.
