Digital Goa, May 6- A 58-year-old labourer from Jharkhand, Lathura Kerketta, residing at Cutbona Jetty in Salcete, was brought dead to the Balli Primary Health Centre (PHC) on Monday. According to police, Kerketta had been complaining about diarrhoea and was transported to the PHC by a 108 ambulance, where he was declared dead on arrival.
