Digital Goa, November 21 – NHAI has announced that a key stretch of NH-566 will be closed to vehicular traffic for six months to facilitate the launching of precast girders for the ongoing construction of the 4-lane flyover from MES College Junction to Bogmalo Junction and the 4-lane VUP at Queeny Nagar Junction. The main carriageway of NH-566 (Old NH-17B) from P41 (Vales Junction) to P16 (Vishal Mega Mart) will remain closed from November 29, 2025 at 9 am until May 31, 2026. The closure aims to ensure safety and enable the smooth execution of the project.
