Digital Goa, Nov 28 – Panchayat minister Mauvin Godinho has said that the contamination of wells in Dabolim is the clear case of petroleum pipeline or storage tank leakage. Inquiry is underway and necessary action will be taken against the culprits, he told media after inspecting the contaminated wells. Possibility of leakage during pilferage of petrol is also not ruled out. Godinho directed the officials to fix the leakage and restore the wells at the earliest. There have been three to four such incidents in Dabolim itself in the past, he said.
