Dak Adalat to resolve postal services related grievances on March 19

    Digital Goa, March 5 – Regional Level Dak Adalat will be held on March 19 at Office of Postmaster General, Goa Region, Panaji to provide a platform for aggrieved customers to voice their concerns directly to departmental functionaries. The Dak Adalat will address complaints and grievances pertaining to postal services within the Goa Region, which have remained unresolved for a period exceeding six weeks. Grievances related to Mails, Speed Post, Counter Services, Savings Banks, and non-payment of money orders will be considered. Interested individuals are requested to submit their complaints in duplicate to the Asstt Director Postal Services-1, Office of Postmaster General, Goa Region, Panaji 403001. The deadline for the receipt of complaints is March 11,2024.
