Jan 10 – Deltin Cruises and Entertainment Private Limited and Deltin Hotel & Resorts Private Limited currently headquartered at Nerul and Porvorim respectively have announced plans to relocate their registered office from the state of Goa to the state of Maharashtra.The decision to alter the company’s registered office was formalized following the passage of a Special Resolution at the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting held on December 30, 2024, states the public notices issued in this regards. In accordance with statutory requirements public notices have been issued by the companies inviting any individual or entity likely to be affected by the proposed shift to submit objections if any within 14 days.
