Digital Goa, Nov 3 – Goa government has appointed e-Governance & Policy Expert, Dhaval Jadhav as Officer on Special Duty (OSD-II) to the Chief Minister to oversee all state and central e-governance projects. He is expected to coordinate digital initiatives across departments and government agencies. All Secretaries, Directors and Managing Directors of government entities have been directed to extend full cooperation to him and share required information for smooth implementation of various e-governance initiatives, states a circular issued by the govt.
