Digital Goa, Mar 23 – A person residing at Dona Paula has been arrested for wrongfully confining and restraining 13-year-old minor girl, touching her inappropriately and uttering sexual coloured remark. The accused is identified as Hanumant Talwar . Mother of the child has filed a complaint to this effect.
