Digital Goa, July 31 – Goa government has assigned Dr Medha Salkar, Chief Medical Officer in the Directorate of Health Services, the additional charge of Director of Health Services with effect from August 1, 2026. According to an order issued by the Department of Personnel, Dr Salkar will take over the charge following the superannuation of Dr Rupa Naik, Deputy Director (Public Health), who has been holding the post of Director of Health Services.
