Digital Goa, Oct 24- The driver or rider as well as owner of rented cars or bikes will be arrested for fatal accidents in future. Announcing this CM Pramod Sawant said that a new law will be brought soon to this effect in order to control increasing accidents involving unruly drivers of rented vehicles.
